1 graham cracker crust (I have done coffee yogurt with a chocolate crust...yum!!)
2 6 oz (apx) cups of yogurt (I have used light and fat free, always blended and not fruit on the bottom)
1 small tub of Cool Whip (any variation even fat free works here)
Combine all ingredients except crust in a bowl and spread into a mound on the crust, flip the plastic that was covering the crust and that's your lid. Sometimes I decorate with fresh sliced peaches or strawberries depending on the yogurt used.
Freeze.
Remember to thaw a little before slicing, it becomes very hard.
